Live Your Exceptional Life is a
Foundational Coaching Program aimed at building and increasing each
participants personal foundation to create a strong base on which to GROW
BIG from. It explores subjects such as values, authenticity, extreme
self-care, launching successful goals, and gaining control of life
when overwhelm threatens to overtake you.
It is about keeping it real while putting
the puzzle pieces of life together. A confidential, secret & sacred
space is created for each participant.
The coaching process is void of judgment
or agendas. Participants mine for their individual jewels, creating
self worth and confidence to take their life to the next level.
By the end of the program, participants
will have developed a coaching mindset that will allow them to continue
moving forward in their chosen personal development track - faster and
smarter. They will walk away with more clarity, direction, and insight
on what it will take to create their exceptional life. More importantly
participants will have developed the internal motivation and inspiration to
take the necessary action steps to make it a reality in their lives.
In addition to the allocated classroom
time, all participants will have access to unlimited email coaching for the
duration of the course, and one 10min laser call a week. The workbook
provided contains assessments and tools that coaches use daily with their
personal coaching clients.
